Changes in shipping to China, Russia, Venzuela and Hong Kong
The new regulations regarding shipping to China, Russia, Venezuela and Hong Kong throw around a lot of acronyms - EEI, ECCN, CCL, EAR99 - and they're as exciting and intriguing as they sound.
But we've attempted to simplify all this into layman's terms and widdled it down to the essentials, based on what the majority of our customers ship.

It's going to take a little more time and one more sheet of paper when shipping to the EU, Norway and Sweden. No worries - we will do our best to minimize the pain and misery. Key word here being "minimize".
Wed. Feb 17th: Bad Weather Pt 2 - SNOWY BOOGALOO
UPDATE AS OF 11:30AM: We've made the decision not to open today because
- UPS is not running in NW Arkansas due to the weather
- FedEx is not running in NW Arkansas due to the weather
- Several members of my staff got stuck trying to come in due to the weather
So we're taking all of these things as good signs that we should all stay home and drink teas and coffees and cocoas DUE TO THE WEATHER.

We cannot confirm that we will receive pickups of outbound packages today. If you need something to go out in the next few days, we strongly suggest you take it to the terminal since carrier delivery routes are limited.

Bentonville Service Update Store Hours
As you know, we're operating a curb side service only these days. Due to the snow and extreme wind chills, we have made the decision to close on Monday, February 15, 2021. Everyone stay safe, stay warm, and hopefully we'll see you on Tuesday!
