Y’all. We have a growing problem with abandoned print jobs. We don’t know why people send us jobs to print then never pick them up and pay us for the work we did. It's getting a little out of control as of late and, simply put, we can’t afford to build a new wing to the Print Project Orphanage. So here we are, with some new house rules regarding our printing services -
- Small print jobs (for example, labels for returns, documents less than 20 pages) will not be printed until you arrive at our shop.
- Date specific items such as prints for events, holidays, etc. must be paid for before we start printing. We can send a payment link via our Square system for your convenience.
- Large print and/or finishing jobs will require payment before we start production. If a proof approval is involved, we will send you a payment link via our Square system once final proofs are approved.
Please note there is a $1.00 minimum fee for all Square transactions.
Pre-payment is not required for our store account holders.
